ZIVAN was created in 1985 and is part of the ZAPI group, the European leader in high frequency motor controllers for battery powered machines. ZAPI's history started in 1975 under the control of current President Giannino Zanichelli and ZIVAN's current President, Ivan Righi. Our 25 years of research and development in high technology switching has contributed to create today's product line. Starting with ZIVAN's "controlled high frequency battery charger" 1980 Patent, the following 20 years have been dedicated to quality & reliability improvements that have now paid off in terms of current world wide success and product recognition. Our Customer base contains many major manufacturers of electric vehicles for which we provide custom solutions for their particular applications. In addition to our ongoing innovations, Zivan have optimised production processes . This has resulted in increased quality and minimum prices. With continuing innovative developments and production processes, Zivan is able to satisfy the market's evolving needs with each new generation of equipment. The group distribution network offers the highest levels of sales consultation and technical support, worldwide. These qualities put Zivan into a leadership position, dominant in high frequency battery chargers, producing the most varied model lines in today's market.
